Terms and Conditions

Here are my terms and conditions. I might change them from time to time so bear with me okay? If you think I fail to spot important details then knock me hard, double okay??

Status of items: Please confirm asap.

Holding: Book or Reserve for 7days can be discussed. Fancy this ~ item without deposit is open to others 24/7 and Orkid is not obliged to send you a notification before selling it. First come first serve basis.

Deposit: Orkid does not allow any deposit payment unless specified otherwise.  Any deposit payment made is refundable.

Payment: Please pay within 36hrs after you've confirmed/checked out. Failure to do so, we will proceed with cancelling the order and open the stock for others to purchase. Bank information is as follows

Kindly email all bank transfer confirmation details to theorkid@gmail.com.

Email me proof of payment ~ transactions details or copy of cash deposit slip. (all that you have got). Fill in all your particulars and if you have any instruction or comment, you can leave them during check-out.

Shipping: All shipment is subject to payment received.  I will need 32hours to prepare for shipping.  Items expected to arrive within 2-3 weeks (unless specified otherwise, i.e. large and heavy items like household products might take longer time to arrive). 

Additional/sur-charge:  Not available unless specified otherwise and you will be informed via email.

Return/Exchange/Refund: No return/No Exchange/ No Refund. However, exception will be given if the stock is not available/out of stock after the point of check out. I will help you all the way with after sale service. Email me the problem and we'll figure out the solutions together.

Special request: Please provide me the link if you have any. Luxury brands ie LV, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Prada, Dior, Fendi or those in the same zone will be purchased for you only if you've made full payment. Shipment for these luxury brands will come with insurance coverage so the shipping will be expensive. I suggest you check with local boutiques in MY before letting your impulse hit the OK button =P
